Comments, avatars, changes

I just did small improvements for readers:

1. Unregistered users could post the comments
2. All registered users having their homepage link in their profiles will have this link in their comments now, but only as 'www' text.
3. Your avatars are displayed in your comments

So this is a bonus for all people who will register on this website.
