Kodak EasyShare M1093 IS is an ultra compact camera. The effective camera resolution is 10.1 mega pixels. It utilizes a 3.0 " LCD screen for display and the resolution of the LCD screen is 230,000 pixels. Digital zooming is possible in this camera up to 5x.

The camera uses a CCD type sensor and the size of the sensor is 1/2.3 ". The pixel density is 35 MP/cm². Maximum possible picture resolution is 3648 x 2736. It also supports lower resolution ones like 3648 x 2736, 3648 x 2432, 3648 x 2064, 2592 x 1944,5292 x 1728, 2592 x 1456, 2048 x 1536, 2048 x 1360, 2048 x 1152, 1800 x 1200, 1920 x 1080 and 1280 x 960. Three image ratios supported by the camera are 4:3, 3:2 and 16:9.

Wide zoom is possible up to 35mm and tele zoom is possible up to 105mm. Image stabilization feature is also included in this model. It only supports auto focusing. Manual focusing facility is not provided. Normal focus range is 60cm and macro focus range is 7cm. Kodak M1093 IS is provided with built in flash facility and it does not support external flash. It supports JPEG format.

It supports 4 flash modes. They are Auto, Fill in, Red Eye reduction and Off mode. Movie recording feature is also included in the camera. It supports three movie image resolutions. They are 1280 x 720, 640 x 480and 320 x 240, 30 fps.

Power and Connectivity

Kodak KLIC-7004 Lithium ion rechargeable battery is used as the power source for this camera. For sharing the photos and movie clips you can connect it to your computer with the help of the data cable provided with the camera. USB facility and video out facility is provided for sharing pictures and videos. Battery charger is also provided along with the camera.

Weight and Storage

Kodak EasyShare M1093 IS weighs about 185 g. 32 MB internal storage space is included in the camera. It supports digital storage media like SD card and SDHC card.
